Fusion Tours operates as a commercial transport booking portal and tour coordinator. By submitting an inquiry on this website, you request a customized quote for chauffeur-driven rental vehicles and customized tour itineraries.
This website does NOT collect credit cards, debit cards, or advance booking deposits online. All bookings are finalized directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email with our operations team. Final trip settlements are executed directly with your designated chauffeur or via official company UPI/bank transfers.
- Standard Per-KM Fares: Include vehicle usage, fuel (CNG/Diesel/Petrol as confirmed), and chauffeur charges.
- Tolls & Parking: Toll taxes, state border entry permits, and airport/monument parking charges are payable as per actual receipts unless explicitly booked under an "All-Inclusive" package.
- Driver Night Allowance: Applicable for journeys operating between 10:00 PM and 06:00 AM.
Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or conveyance of contraband inside vehicles is strictly prohibited as per Indian Motor Vehicles Act. Any damages caused to vehicle interiors by negligence are chargeable to the passenger.
Fusion Tours shall not be held liable for route delays, cancellations, or detour expenses arising from weather disturbances, highway protests, political rallies, or mechanical failures, though prompt replacement vehicles will always be arranged to the best of our operational capabilities.
